These are the 5 things we learnt from Super Eagles victory over the Bafana Bafana of South Africa
1. Ekong Is A Leader:
Troost-Ekong calm and soothing way of defending makes him a great leader. He is probably not the loudest captain but his poise and character is showing he has more than enough leadership qualities in his arsenal.
2. Osimhen Is Smart:
In the last 2 games, Victor Osimhen has been able to win 2 penalties for the Super Eagles due to his brilliance display. Although being lucky as two of his goals has been chopped off by the VAR but he is doing a lot and very germane to the coach’s set up.
3. Nwabali Is Our New ‘Enyeama’
The Super Eagles have been finding it very difficult to replicate the heroics of Victor Enyeama. Carl Ikeme came along the line but cancer made him retire early and ever since, this side has been struggling for reliable goalkeeper, then came Nwabali.
4. The Never Say Die Attitude By The Team:
This is a team, the never say die attitude showed by the team is nothing short of great and this is a great one.
