Listen: Fireboy DML Shines On “Iseoluwa”

Fireboy DML sings thanksgiving on the intro “Iseoluwa” off his latest album, “Adedamola.”

The title itself (“Iseoluwa”) a Yoruba word for “God’s work” or “God’s Plan.” Flowing on traditionally inspired beats, Fireboy DML praises the good works God has done in his life.

This is a self-directed song for Fireboy, who was just coming back from the darkest musical year in his five-year-plus career, where he couldn’t charted a song atop the Apple Music Nigeria for 12 months.

On “Iseoluwa,” Fireboy DML sings that he has blessings to count and should not be too bothered with trivial things.
