The year is coming too an end with the December festivities drawing closer everyday and most Nigerian A-list artists are in the studio cooking up some new fresh tunes for their fans this period while some are layed back waiting for show bookings while enjoying the income of their albums being streamed online.
And Naijashaku is here with our own top 5 a-list albums of the year by Nigerian top rated artists.
5. Rema – Rema The EP
The mavin record iron man crooner debuted this album immediately after his signing with jonzing and mavin record with 4 tracks in it.
4. Teni – Billionaire EP
The body of work, “Billionaire EP” was complied with six (6) solid tracks and with no guest appearance.
Teni works with his favourite record producers, Jaysynths Beatz and Pheelz who gave her an outstanding production preference.
3. Peruzzi – Honcho Vibez
Huncho Vibez‘ is Peruzzi‘s debut album, it follows the release of his previous project ‘Heart Work‘ EP back in 2018. It is a round figure project comprising of ten wonderful tracks including a single collaboration with global star, Davido.
2. Flavour and Chidinma – 40 years
The both exception Nigerian artists came up together with this exceptional album titled “40 years EVERLASTING” with 5 tracks which was produced by the nations top notch producers Oscar, Masterkraft, Fiokee and Elense Bakassi.
1. Davido – A Good Time
The Nigerian Obo Baba Olowo (OBO) 30BG boss has this work dropping on the 22 of November but yet it’s still making wave with pre-orders available to the fans and the album covers 17 tracks which Davido confirmed were productions by all his go-to hitmakers; Kiddominant, Shizzi,Speroachbeatz, FreshVDM and one international producer.
