Nigerians Are Just Hypocrites – Seun Kuti Defends Saida BOJ
Afrobeat son, Seun Kuti has reacted to the continual online criticisms to media personality Saida BOJ, calling the Nigerians bashing her “hypocrites.”
Seun Kuti defended Saida BOJ and put the fault on the Nigerian male artistes who encourage statements such as hers in their lyrics.
It will be recalled that Saida BOJ went viral recently following her statement about only “opening” her legs for a man who can give her N20 million.
Since then, she has received a lot of backlashes from netizens, and all her social media accounts have been banned, as a result.
Seun Kuti, via a video, frowned at the unnecessary internet manhunt against Saida BOJ. In his words, it is her choice to want to be with a well-off man.
Further, he claims that it is hypocritical to be calling her out for her choice but still sing the lyrics of songs that men state the same thing.
“Same exact thing Saida BOJ said about guy spending N20Million on her weekly that is making people to drag her Most nigerian male musicians say it all the time in their songs and Nigerians will support it,” he said.
