DNA Saga: Mercy Chinwo, a gospel musician, and her spouse drag five people to court.

Five social media users have been summoned by an Abuja Chief Magistrate Court for “criminally def@mating” gospel artist Mercy Chinwo and her spouse, Blessed Uzochikwa.

Channels Television reports that Chief Magistrate Emmanuel Iyanna ordered the five defendants to appear in person before the court on April 23, 2023, to respond to the allegations brought against the complainants, as stated in the court summons dated April 3, 2024.

Blessed Uzochikwa and Mercy Chinwo are the complainants in this case, and Okoronkwo Ejike, Kingsley Ibeh, DJ Spoiltkid, Terrence Ekot, and Samuel Agozie are the five defendants.

The gospel singer and her spouse published a video last week, and the video sparked the defendants’ posts, which led to the lawsuit.

The five defendants in various post alleged that Mercy Chinwo’s son is not for her husband, rather it is the child of another gospel singer, Nathaniel Bassey.
